Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup flour, white sugar, and cinnamon. Add in the sliced apples and lemon juice, and toss until the apples are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, oats, 1/3 cup flour, and softened butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Spread the coated apples evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture on top of the apples.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
