  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, artichoke hearts, olives, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, red onion, parsley, and feta cheese.
  2. Add the mixed lettuce greens to the bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
