Anchovy Pizza

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
  5. Evenly distribute the chopped anchovy fillets over the cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle the seasoned oil over the pizza.
  8. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
