Anchovy Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
- Evenly distribute the chopped anchovy fillets over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the seasoned oil over the pizza.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
