Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and pepper; bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago cheeses; stir until melted and well combined.
- Toss pasta with Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
